At Onion, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original boxes, including all safety seals and promotional inserts, to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
