ETUDE Soonjung Lip and Eye Remover

The Lip & Eye Makeup Remover formula effectively and easily removes heavy makeup from the delicate skin around the lips and eyes. Since the skin in these areas is often thinner, this formulation includes their ‘Panthensodie’ ingredient, a unique combination of soothing madecassoside and protective, smoothing panthenol to improve the resilience of the skin barrier.
Non-comedogenic tested and hypoallergenic tested to be safe and soothing for sensitive skin.
Formulated without any artificial fragrance, color, alcohol, mineral oil, and essential oils. pH of 6.0 ± 0.75.
HOW TO USE:
Shake well before use and saturate a cotton pad to gently wipe off makeup on the eyes and lips.
For heavier makeup, apply a saturated cotton pad to the area you wish to cleanse, press gently and hold for several seconds, then wipe with downward strokes for easy, effective cleansing.
